Always a good place to stop for a healthy meal. This is going to sound silly, but when you are eating clean and trying to maintain portion control they pile it on when going through the selection process. I'm always like your given me too much! :)
Food is clean and healthy . Service is good . Picked it up. I have had a few dinners including pizza and was satisfied .

My new love, I am so happy to have found this place. The meals are fresh and healthy. About $10 a meal. For anyone with a very busy life this is absolutely a gift. A wide variety of options, not only dinners but lunch and breakfast as well. This store was very clean and well lite. The flow of people coming in and out tells me this place is not secret.
Update: Redefine is doing great. It's obvious the word is out and people have caught on. I have noticed much more traffic in the stores, all types of people, not just fitness dieters. The best thing about this is that fridges are now PACKED. They know they're going to sell more, so they're stocking more. Catch them on a day just before a restock and you might find less, but recently I've noticed they have way more inventory and it's fresh, like it just came in. They've also added more choices although I tend to stick my few favorites. I think prices have gone up a little, but that's the world we live in. It's still a good value and now Redefine is even better. It really does help make dieting easier and simpler. They are doing a very good job. Long Island needs more of this.
Really impressed with the portion size, flavors and nutrition profile of the meals! The store is cleaned and fridges are stocked. Casual grab and go store. The girl at the counter was very sweet and the customer service line (that you can text or call) is so helpful! My husband and I have been happy with all of the meals we have tried so far . Absolutely delicious and so convenient. I like that they often add new menu items so you don't get sick of the same things. Will continue to buy from here! Has made my life so much easier.
Redefine has quickly become one of my favorite finds on Long Island. As a foodie and gym girl finding a place that makes meal prepping easy has been such a blessing. The food is all so tasty you wouldn't even think twice that it could be good. But let me tel you.... the macros are insane. My favorite so far has been the steak and dumplings or the penne vodka with chicken.
Redefine Meals are amazing. Half the battle with trying to consistently eat better, is shopping and cooking that food. With Redefine Meals, these already cooked options are brought to my front door. Not only is the food delicious, but it also very reasonably priced. This is my second week eating these meals, and everything has been delicious. One of our favorites are the shrimp tacos. The baked chicken vodka parm is also really good. We first started with 10 meals, and this week we had ordered 15. We plan on continuing to order these, as they keep us on track with eating right and Eliminating the time and effort it takes to cook dinner. A quick, easy, delicious & affordable meal plan, nothing can beat that.
